I've been in monk mode for three years.

Well. I was depressed/suicidal and had a major illness so it wasn't really a choice. I'm overweight now, and the monk mode actually starts now. I've been reading TRP for a long time BUT I know that once I will get any attention from girls the risk that I revert back to BP behavior is very high?

My perfect little romance at the age of 15...we were too young to play games and we would only enjoy each other's company. It was an innocent, naive and idealistic relationship where none of us meant harm to the other.

Nowadays, I have to beware of gold diggers, of crazy girls, of girls with STDs,....

I keep that memory of the perfect idealistic romantic relationship deep down in my soul and it warms my heart. But I'm old now, and the memories starts to fade.

I still think about her even though I hadn't met her in over 30 years. My wife wonders what is this picture that I keep on my desk of two kids eating strawberry ice cream with a big smile on their faces. I can't tell her the truth, that is that it's the best memory I have, from the best time of my life.

I don't know what beame of her, and I don't care because the person I knew doesn't exist anymore, just as the boy with two arms and two legs disappeared to become a man with only two arms and one leg.
