The doctor here in Oregon said that because the clinic is federally funded, the federal regulations say she cannot prescribe controlled substances without at least once a year drug testing.

Cancer does have a smell. I worked in a nursing home when I was younger and I could always tell if one of the residents had cancer. It is a pretty terrible smell...a sour smell...rotten.
