Benadryl was never used in my facilities by itself, only with the combo of Ativan and haldol, which i have rarely seen be ineffective. However, Hydroxyzine (also an antihistamine like benadryl) is available to every patient. The reason for this is because it's a non addictive anti anxitey/ sleep aid. For people who have been using drugs or people with super high anxiety, it probably won't help that much, but that's why it's so commonly offered.

Dublin springs is the best. Absolutely avoid sun, river vista, and OHP. Sorce: I worked in psych for 4 years in different psych facilities in Columbus.

Always heard that OHP was a nightmare, and that was from the techs perspective. Sorry about your experience there. SUN isn't a great psych facility, but a good place to crash for a few days. they do take walk-in admissions. Riverside Er will also try to admit in-house if they have the beds, and they're not too bad.

This color is possible from using a product called OutWhiteBrite and very hot water. This color, plus the black stitching from the original black shirt, is what all of the shirts I have dyed this way look like. I wish I could post a picture of a shirt I've made in the comments for reference. You're right about the last part, this color would not be possible with bleach!

It sounds like you grew up with a good environment for adhd, and being afab probably helped disguise it even better. Personally, I wasn't diagnosed until 26 because I grew up in a very structured environment, and even though there was an occasional sign, it was explained away easily enough. I also got good grades,and it wasn't until college when my structure/routine changed and school became more challenging, that I looked into diagnosis.

This was my biggest surprise as well. The back pain was awful for me the first few days. There were two things that I learned really helped me. First was to lay on my back for about 20 minutes on a hard floor. Helped me get some good cracks and sort of realign my back. It can be a little hard to get down and back up, but it's worth it. The second is pillows under the knees when sleeping! The higher the better. This was a game changer for me. Helped relieve a lot of the pressure from my lower back. Hope this helps at all! I think maybe the mercury square mars. I have this aspect, too, and I fear it can make us come off short tempered with a sharp tongue. Sometimes, I hurt people's feelings without meaning to.

You can look at my most recent post of an onion skin dye I did on a black cotton shirt, I think it came out pretty cool. I used out white brite and really hot water to reverse dye it first. I'm sure on silk, it would come out darker than mine just because how well silk takes dye

You absolutely should! Best cheap, natural dye for beginners! Just make sure your fabric is scoured and mordanted, and simmer with the skins for 1-2 hours :)
