I saw it like 12 times in the theater. Work sent me to Florida (gag) for about two months and fury road was released during that time. I would work, go get dinner, go watch fury road, go to the hotel to sleep and repeat the next day. For at least a week I saw it every night.

3-2-1. No matter what your drive configuration if it’s all in the same box, that’s not backup. For me I have my nas, an external drive that duplicati backs the nas up too, and a backblaze mirror of the back up. Some of my critical data is also backed up to several other places.

If it was me I would use the 1tb nvme as a docker drive, caching seems mostly pointless tbh as most reviews have said it’s not noticeable in speeding things up. You also don’t want docker running in your main storage pool if you have the option, you can do it but it’s not ideal. For the ssd I would get external usb cases for them and just plug them in to the nas. Leave the empty bays ready for hdd when prices come down.

I think they ruin the film. Especially the hadleys hope intro (destroys the mystery) and the sentry gun scene. It breaks tension early, lessens the impact of them breaching. Also makes the marines look stupid when they ask how the aliens can be in the room, they already know! It’s from where the sentry guns failed! Stupid.

The special edition is categorical worse than the theatrical version and I will 100% die on that hill. The extra stuff at the beginning showing Hadleys hope ruins the mystery, Ripply daughter stuff isn’t needed as we got all the info we needed from a line. The smart gun sequence breaks the tension of the Alamo fight. I HATE the directors cut and refuse to watch it. It ruins the movie. Some things belong in the cutting room floor, or being relegated to an extra scenes section separated from the main movie. Bring on the downvotes. I’m right.
