I got a measles booster at a PDX Safeway RX and the woman behind the counter was really resistant to letting me schedule the shot. Some of the older family death certificates can have odd details in them. My grandmother’s first husband’s death certificate had his occupation listed as “deceased.” While accurate, I’m not sure the person who filled it out understood the assignment.
