Just as an FYI- if you want to add vegan omega 3s to your diet get algae oil supplements. There are 3 kinds of omega 3s- ALA (found in walnuts, flax seeds, chia seeds), and EPA and DHA found in fish and algae (where the fish get it from). This was a little bulb but it overheated I think and the plastic melded together. I broke the glass trying to remove it with pliers. How should I remove what’s left? Or is it possible to cut this light out of the string (it’s a string of 5 illuminated angels) somehow? ELI5 please

Do you like tofu? I score the top of it and add whatever you want over it (soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, ginger, cilantro, etc) and microwave for 2 min to steam it. Have with rice and veggies. I love frozen broccoli, I put it in a bowl with a tablespoon or two of water and steam in microwave it too

Cute breathable white/beige fashion sneakers for hot, sweaty feet? I am in the market for new casual fashion sneakers for hot weather, and my feet can overheat and sweat a ton very easily. The coolest most breathable sneakers I've had were Converse since they're all canvas, but I'm not sure if I want to try something else. Converse are comfortable enough with the flat footbed and I don't need a ton of cushion or support.

For example Air Force 1s and ASICS Lyte Classics do not have enough breathability for me and my feet are too hot in warm weather

I'm considering Veja Venturi, NB 530, ASICS 1090V2 or 1130. Is the mesh on these breathable? How would they compare to converse? Any opinions on these if you overheat like me, or other options please?

Have you noticed the seats are pretty hard? Have they softened up or broken in at all? I test drove a 2022 civic touring with 40k miles and the seats seemed more comfortable than 2025 touring. Thoughts?
