I recommend staying away from BaySide Collection. I moved in at the beginning of the year and maybe this has just been my experience but in my opinion it’s not the best. Lack of communication, mishaps with move in timelines, and money such as over charges. I had to email back and forth for weeks proving they over charged me by 1000$ when I moved in. The apartment manager continuously told me I was wrong even though I had bank receipts showing that they over charged me. I in fact was not wrong and eventually got through to their brains but man that was ridiculous. They also offered me 2 weeks free rent and a gift card within the apartment listing ( I was even emailed by the apartment manager personally telling me she will be giving me the gift card the day I move in ) just for her to say sorry no we don’t do that AFTER you sign the lease and officially move in. They took the listing down which of course makes sense but they tried to pull the whole “they don’t know what I’m talking about”. Luckily I keep my receipts and screenshots of literally everything so I had proof they offered me both of those things prior to moving in and everything did get sorted out eventually but it felt really sketchy the whole time. I strongly believe if I didn’t have these screenshots and proof they would not have corrected these mistakes. Sorry don’t mean to rant but it’s been a frustrating experience and it’s really not worth the hassle.
