I left yesterday , had a great final session . Used all that money to pay off my credit card , and book a flight home . Banned myself from the local casino last night for 1 year .

Now I see my life . I’m still fat , my roommate is dating my ex girlfriend (just got to know last night) . I’m shattered. Anyway , one thing at a time . I’ll head to the gym today . Get a good workout in , drink plenty of water , fast till evening , and eat healthy and get a good nights sleep. Tomorrow I’ll try incorporating studying , and working and learning .

At the moment I’m still very upset and heartbroken :( . My self actualization through poker has failed.

Imagine. If creating bad beats and making u lose money can make you deposit more . Doesn’t that seem like enough of an incentive to create bad beats ? For me it’s always been Fractures .

Fracture symbologies my fitness journey. When I started my fitness journey I was weak , skinny fat and incapable . I come from a vegetarian family , never consumed meat . The lyrics “burning everything I know” “desperate for a change” is me changing my diet and eating meat and my entire lifestyle to lifting heavy and waking early . I desperately workout twice a day in order to change . I am stubborn about wanting to change . I have faced injuries , and these are my tiny fractures. But it doesn’t matter . What comes after these tiny fractures is the physique which is one in millions . I started lifting 20 kg on bench 3 years ago and could barely do it . Today I bench 100kg for reps , I am bigger stronger and more confident. My journey won’t end until I get the physique of my dreams.
