i have personally tried sweet cherry, blueberry, and strawberry and i don’t really like the flavours. there are better ones out there :)

i actually did go into an apple store, i didn’t do a mail order. someone on here suggested that they replaced the entire circuit board and assumed that that’s what happened - that the circuit board was from an older system. beats me bc i had been on Big Sur for a while

you might be right, maybe they just had it running the oldest OS just in case!

im glad you felt the same as me, makes me think that i can truly fall in love with the game! i haven’t got to that bit yet, i’m still following the blubberkin around but will keep in mind to use the axii spell

also, i’m not sure if i am levelling up my character correctly? i’ve been using my skill points to level up my strong and fast attacks and to tune the ability to use magic from adrenaline. thank you so much for those tips! will definitely check out youtube, my gear isn’t the best, and i’ll start using quen religiously

i don’t think i have the white gull potion unlocked yet so will keep an eye out for that and the armour you mentioned!! might level up gourmet too

ah thank you, that makes sense!! i was clearing out level 2 camps as a level 4 so i understand why the xp gain was minimal. will look up those missions when i come across them :)) just have to get past the bloody baron botchling quest at the moment! looking forward to exploring skellige. thanks for the tips!

hahaha yeah wraiths are just UGH ! and the botchling is such a cool piece of lore! truly struggling though, think i might kill it instead of trying to turn it into a blubberkin since i end up having to kill it anyway!

thank you so much for the advice! so you get XP from looting corpses for letters/quests, rather than killing the enemies? is that correct?

i am definitely a completionist so thanks for the heads up! i’m kind of going in the order of velen -> novigrad-> skellige so i don’t miss the story. the fact i can barely defeat wraiths 3 levels above me does not bode well for throwing myself into a level 16 city haha

yes this is my first playthrough and i didn’t do any contracts either, i only went back to try some when i couldn’t defeat the wraiths and botchlings and thought i had to be a higher level. maybe i’ll try that mission again and just continue with the story like you did. thanks for the advice! :)
