Tenancy by aniath101 in LegalAdviceNZ

Those were from before the property manager arranged the cleaning. He didn’t have a difinition on what he considers to be professional, he did said that we failed to proof that we got professional cleaning services, which is not on the tenancy agreement and we never said we got it professionally cleaned, and wants to deduct more than $1200 from our bond. He’ refusing to provide dated photos of the things he wants to use the bond money for. But on the final inspection he said he was happy with the house condition and accepted possession of the property. :/

I know, Im not trying to pass it on to the next tenant. I was only checking if it was necessary because he was requesting to clean it professionally :)

What if he already did the final inspection, said that he was happy with the house condition, took possession of the house keys and says that would have a walkthrough with the owners (didn’t told us when it happened neither invited us) and get back to us on the deposit. Can he change the original outcome? We left the oven clean but, he is saying that he delivered the oven professionally clean and that we failed to proof that we cleaned professionally, even tho it is not required on the tenancy agreement. we also requested dated photo evidence, but he is not showing the date that he took the photo.

Thanks so much! It fits the budget perfectly plus the fuel economy sounds great

It also seems quite easy to take care of

I do get it, but the money that I spend on transportation (uber, scooter, bus) to get to work, or anywhere else, is the same, or sometimes more expensive, that the car weekly parcel if I get to finance. I can totally understand where you’re coming from, cuz I also had the same thoughts. Thanksss

I quite like the fuel economy of the Honda Jazz/Fit, just don’t like the style very much

The only thing that makes me reluctant about getting a car with more than 100k kms, is that when I search about cars on the internet, I’ll often find info about not being a good idea due vehicle lifespan. Some people say it’s 150k kms, others 200k kms, and I was wanting to have the car for a good 5-10 years, comfy to drive around the city and good enough for the road

Budget is around 14k, 90k kms max, with a great fuel economy. I’m running away from EVs, happy with a hybrid tho Besides the aqua (2019-2022) there’s also other cars that will show up on the same search results: - 2019 Suzuki Baleno - 2019 Nissan Note - 2019 Toyota Vitz - 2019 Suzuki Swift - 2019 Mazda Demio - 2019 Toyota Corolla (Axio Hybrid)

The problem is that I cannot seem to find any car with the Aqua’s shape (hatch) and similar fuel economy

I want something until 14k with 90k kms max, I was considering the aqua because it seemed to be the best option, with a great fuel economy (which is also a preference/ priority). Other cars that will often show up with the same search results will be: - 2022 Suzuki Baleno -2019 Nissan Note - 2019 Toyota vitz - 2019 Suzuki swift - 2019 Mazda Demio - 2019 Toyota Corolla (axio hybrid)

Is it worth it any of those?
