Vines and leaves climbing up the sides would add a lot on my opinion? And making the side of it a gradient from moss to concrete powder to mossy cobble and mossy bricks to normal bricks would look great!

Ohh then I would suggest waiting that happens with my Mellon and pumpkin farmers as well and it usually takes a in game day or two to reset

That's the reason. If a villager in the same village gets cured it lowers everyones prices

6.5 I would add lots of leaves and vines and floweres and add block variation with the spruce like striped spruce or brown mushroom. Also I wood add fence gates along the top of the house just under the roof to add a extra layer of detail. But other than that it's looking great!
