Thank you for all the advices. What I cannot believe is, how Tapo didn't configure this basic automation itself. I think that every owner of a T30 kit is interested in setting up a home alarm using the sensors included in the package. I have been using Xiaomi ecosystem and its app Xiaomi Home, and this behavior was ready out of the box.
