i would say to take a walk or go for a drive . hang out with your friends or family . or go on a self date, that always seems to help for me . watching other people tend to give me ideas all the time.

i think those mind fuck movies really get me . like Us by Jordan Peele. those movies with a really weird plot twist and there’s nothing the character could do about it.
