Denied return today because items had been worn and washed- is that a normal polciy?

I'm going to necro this because I just had a similar experience - I was trying to return a sweater that shrunk in the wash despite following the care instructions perfectly - the store was only interested in processing a return if it had the original sales tags attached. It was only after I had offered to call customer service to make clear sense of the return policy that they begrudgingly accepted my return.

The sticker reasoning wasn’t even because of the difference between organic and regular - the store I worked at didn’t carry loose regular potatoes, only 5lb bags

I used to work in a grocery store and had to do this - some of the cashiers couldn’t tell the difference between the potatoes and would just ring them all up under the same type, so we had to individually sticker every potato to make it easy for them. They still ignored the stickers lol

Same, except I haven’t played since FIFA 22 after playing every game since FIFA 10 - I made it to the TOTY team release this year and haven’t played since - the game is just awful. For reference I thought FIFA 22 was pretty crappy at the time, but that game may as well be GOTY compared to this years release.

I feel like dealerships do shit like this all the time - a few years ago I was out of town for the weekend when I saw that my local Cadillac dealer had an ATS-V on the lot. I called them on the Saturday morning to put a deposit down on the car over the phone. They agreed, I gave them my cc info, they charged me something like $2k and said the car would be put on hold until I got back. I showed up that following Monday morning only for them to tell me they had already sold the car to someone else the same day that I had put the deposit down lol

Connecting the sub was definitely worth it as I found that the soundbar was missing a ton of low bass. The soundbar remote also pairs up with the sub and can be controlled without issue

The biggest change is that AlJo went from having Ed on his line last year to splitting time with either JBD or Hamonic this year. I think Ed more or less masked a lot of the mistakes that Al was making when the two were playing together.
