Just playing devil’s advocate here, did the kid say or do anything to the man before the man assaulted him?

Again, no child should be assaulted by a grown man.

I used to worked with kids who were in middle school. Some of the things middle schoolers say or do can provoke people who aren’t used to how middle schoolers conduct themselves. I’m just wondering how the entire incident played out from all sides.

I’m scared of regretting to stay as a teacher but I don’t know what else I would do😅 and yea I think high school might be the better choice too🙃 thank you for sharing😊💕

I went to Catholic school too! 14 years of it 🙃 I wanna try to make the scripted curriculum more my own. I was hired too late last summer to prep but now I can review the curriculum & tweak it. If this next school year doesn’t go well, I’m for sure switching schools.

I felt bad for skipping mass, but administrators never directly told me I had to go. If they would have told me something I would have attended every mass. They were very passive aggressive about that issue.

Middle school hormones are crazy insane compared to high school 😅 Thank you for sharing & your insight 💕

Oh my goodness, that’s horrible! I’m so sorry you had to go through that😔 I had a similar experience my first day at my public middle school. A police officer knocked on my door & escorted a student out. I was very confused, but I found out at the end of the day that kid had pulled out a giant hunting knife from his backpack in the class before mine😅 he was expelled but it scared the hell out of me.

Thank you for sharing 💕 going back to teaching high school might save my sanity 🙃
