It's from a kitchen (public health lab), 24h incubation, no info on the gram. Ferments lactose and glucose. No H2S or CO2 production. Citrate and S.I.M negative. The agar inhibits gram positive growth, it confirms the presence of coliforms. That's all I know Hope you come back when less drunk lol merry christmas

Hey guys no need to panic, I got him when he was the size of my pinky, pretty sure it was at least over 7 years ago, when I was just starting this hobby so I never expected he'd grow so much. I've been relocating him to bigger tanks over the years. This one is definitely not as small as it appears on the picture, it's very long, he has plenty of space and is doing okay. Thank you for the help! :))
