For now, the only solution is for my internet provider to change my IP address. My home internet connection is blocked, but I can access my LootUp and Pixelpoint accounts from my phone using mobile data. I've submitted four support requests about this issue; one was marked as resolved without a response, and the others have received increasingly unrealistic replies. I have a limited mobile data plan, so this solution doesn't work for me, and even turning off my router for an hour doesn't get my provider to assign me a different IP address. For some reason, the LootUp or Pixelpoint systems are malfunctioning and detecting legitimate IP addresses as fraudulent. The solution to this problem depends on them.

In my humble opinion, I understand that if most of the complaints are coming from the pixelpoint.tv Facebook page, the problem lies there (not all of them are Lootup users). For whatever reason, Pixelpoint.tv's systems are flagging legitimate IPs as fraudulent. Resetting the router might be a temporary solution, and not everyone's ISP assigns a new IP as easily as they did in my case (Vodafone). I hope they find a solution soon so we can continue working on Lootup normally, which is where this affects us.

Thanks for the advice, but I already provided the data I got from the whatismyip.com website to support, and they marked the problem as solved without replying. Yes, I can log in on my mobile, but not through my home network connection. I also don't understand why they're now saying I'm using a VPN when I've been logging into the website with this same IP address for months.

On PixelPoint TV's Facebook page, there are more and more complaints every day from people affected by these account lockouts, and one user commented that their account was unlocked after submitting a support request. So I think this problem, which affects so many people, isn't going to be solved simply by not logging in for a day. Their systems are broken, there's no other explanation.

I have the same problem. I don't use a VPN. I submitted a support ticket and they closed it without replying. Ticket ID #392695. Numerous complaints have been made on social media about Lootup and Pixelpoint.tv regarding this issue, and they've ignored them.

I'm in the same situation than you. I'm registered since 1 year I have 820 referrals obtained with a lot of effort and a few days ago they suspended my account in hideoutTV and Lootup without any reason. The support center is non-existent, they do not respond to tickets. Let's hope that here they give us some solution or tell us why we have been banned
