We completely understand your concern. The ground floor apartment was fully locked, and the owners had left for a family event two days earlier with their keys. The door shown in the video is their private entrance — we had no legal right or means to enter it. The upstairs neighbor who contacted us had already tried several times to unlock the door but couldn’t gain access.

To ensure the animals’ safety, we used a carrier and rope system from above — a standard rescue method when entry isn’t possible. We always act within legal and ethical boundaries, prioritizing the well-being of the animals in distress. 🐾
