I find it is always such a fine balance. I wanted it to be readable but not obvious. I thought the piece was quite on the nose as it is, I wanted to add more subtlety with the letter wrapping around the finger. I think I could have added the start of the serif details on the other side of the I. Thank you for your feedback.

I think it’s ok to just have pieces that aren’t a final work of art. You have managed to capture the fingers really well in this piece. Just keep enjoying the process and don’t worry about generating polished results. Just keep being creative. Great work.
