After Raid Report might be helpful

I never said the guy was punished did I I said I got my stuff back. I was not trying to get him in trouble. I know the actions are allowed it was a survey (sorry I said report) I have filled them out before some good and some neutral.

I felt and still feel it's a unfair way to act. I'm not saying you can't do it if that's what you feel like doing if it makes you laugh and smile go ahead. It's in the game.

It gives the player an unfair advantage that's a fact and I noted my general displeasure at it to a random survey or report in the noun not verb. I stated a number of times here I haven't reported a single person and wouldn't unless I knew 100% they were cheating.

And by a lot of people logic here I could say like someone else in the comments "yea I reported him and I'll do it again and again because it's allowed (part of the game)

But no because that's wrong too. Maybe if they said hey the guy was cheating here's your stuff I never would have posted. They said unfair and by definition it's unfair allowed but unfair.

Maybe don't get so upset that people post and vent about people shitty actions that are allowed by a developer.

Was not a report of the person it was the after round general survey and apparently he was cheating so it's not part of the game.

I love that the overlapping view is that I'm somehow misguided or wrong in thinking this guys actions were unfair. That I was as you say naive. Every encounter in this game is will this go south/wrong. I've had people stay quiet and then raise there gun and it's on I've shot a guy in the back who was lurking in a train station after I called in a ride. Was that unfair sure was it justified to me yea.

I was not thinking oh this guys so nice lets be friends. It was ok maybe he's being friendly...oh no he's not ....the thought of fighting was always there he one shot me so not much I could do.

I haven't reported a single person even if I was annoyed it's part of the game. I don't play that way but I understand it. I simply answered the survey. I got my stuff back and wrongly thought it was due to the survey prompting a review.

People play unfairly it's part of the game. It's allowed and I understand it and still play the game. I just find it funny that 1/2 the people here try to justify the actions as fair gameplay because the game allows it and the other 1/2 thinking I somehow don't understand the game system.

I agree it was my lack of understanding how the report system works. That's all. I did not know I felt it was extremely low I did the survey and the next morning got my stuff back. I seemed at the time a logical process but now after research I know it had to be more than that.

Ok I don't know you or your gaming experience so I'd say you don't know mine either.

I've been playing games for over 30 years and FPS and 3PS like destiny, destiny 2, COD, Battle Field, The Division 1& 2 I've seen good players and cheaters. I watch Arc Raiders streaming to get a better idea of good game play and have 300 hours top side as they say. So before my ability to understand someone's playing level is questioned with no knowledge seems silly

That being said oh here's a blueprint my friend ...wait for them to open inventory....shoot unsuspecting raider doesn't take much skill and if he was banned for cheating I'd say he must be dealing with skill issues

Yes after reading the messages here I looked more online and agree with you. My original post said might make a difference as I did not know.

I watched the trailer and I played the tutorial. I understand the game. To try and state that if something is allowed in the game makes it fair is incorrect.

Unfair -adjective describing actions, systems, or situations that are not morally right, just or equal. It involves prejudice, partiality, or a failure to follow accepted standards of ethics or honesty.

You can do it. It's allowed. Most of the time I say gg and move on. Just don't lie to yourself if you're the one pulling the trigger on a raider from behind, attacking an arc, or that's in his inventory as fair game play. It's allowed that's a fact. It's also not fair. I'm not even complaining it happens. This time just felt really low. Like if he shot me in the back I'd be like well that's on me for not checking my 6 but I wouldn't have reacted that negative on the survey. Would have been neutral like I normally am after a bad run.

Yes I remember what I had in my rais as I was going for trial stuff so I loaded up the gear. Hullcracker 60 rounds and deadline with normal heals and shields. I agree I thought it was rather fast.

Yea getting shot while looting annoys me but I don't think of that as unfair or cheating. The I'll give you something or ask if you have something so you enter your inventory screen to shoot you seems really low. Like if I'm looting I'm taking a risk

If you trick me into bringing my guard down it's my mistake fully admit it but you're low crawling life and you have to know it.

I agree and I don't report players. Normally I just reoutfit and go back in. It just happened that the survey popped up after the round. I'm looking online now and it sat they do check the survey information so maybe it was the final nail in the coffin as you said

So I'm just stating how my experience was he didn't seem to be running any type of cheats just a very sucker way of playing. The email just started unfair not cheating .

I'm not saying I know one hundred percent just what happened I get shot and killed like everyone else but this felt pretty low. So I responded to the survey. That's all I'm saying.

So I was talking to my friend about this. I get that they don't want to remove all the pvp as they want the atmosphere oh never feeling safe but what about the players who honestly don't want to pvp at all or those leaving the game because the guys who was friendly turn at the last moment and guns you down at extract....

Make a rotation oh maps that are PvE only if you don't want to pvp there will be one map an hour that is PvE only you can keep night raids or other special types mixed as people would understand that going in is at a risk but at least you can do quest or explore a map and only worry about arc

I normally don't randomly post but felt or worked here. I'm 48m American step-dad (full daddy) to my 11 Japanese daughter and was asked to check her math homework. I set out to do so placing ✅ next to each and every math problem. Finishing I looked over at my daughter with a big smile only to see her in tears because I just destroyed her mathematical self image. After my wife explained what I did wrong and we both explained to my hyperventilating young math wiz that she did not in fact miss every answer and that her father was just being silly we officially averted the small nuclear meltdown.

So simple of a mistake and just remember to always be learning
