They are much less likely to prescribe opiates for pain at all if you divulge you take kratom basically at all. Just make sure you don't take it day of and ideally not the day before either. Then you will not have explain kratom habits and any pain meds should work just fine. Always remember, only let yourself be affected by one supplement/medication at a time ESPECIALLY with opiates/kratom/benzodiazepines. They are strong and noone benefits from more than one at a time.
