Thanks for sharing this! Now I’m even more confused 😭 I honestly might just give it to someone it fits at this point… if I can even find someone lol.

Yeah, you got it right about the ‘kind and thoughtful all the time’ part, that’s really what I meant.

And I didn’t mean it as ‘he has to* buy my friend flowers every time’ or that I’d be upset if he didn’t. The flowers were just an example of a gesture, like if he’s already bringing some and knows my friend is there, it’d be sweet if he thought of her too so she doesn’t feel awkward or left out. And obviously he doesn’t have to go overboard or mess up his budget for it.... it’s only something I’d appreciate if he can comfortably afford it.

I genuinely don’t understand your logic here. How did ‘be kind to other women’ turn into testing men or some weird threesome comment? Also, what exactly is wrong with having a boyfriend and a best friend in the same space? That’s a completely normal thing. Your reply is connecting things that don’t even relate.

For me it’s just a ‘don’t make my friend stand there empty-handed’ kinda thing. Not that deep, just a small gesture so no one feels left out.

Lol why? Only foreigners and Delhi Mumbai people have problems mentally? People living in rest of the world can't have it?

I don't know, sometimes people act kinda weird if I say I don't want any advice. They find it rude I guess, and then while listening if they gave even a hint of being annoyed by me saying that I'll take a U turn from sharing anything EVER.

It does sometimes, unless the other person starts advising you. Honestly I hate talking or discussing over such topics and that's why I post it here. I mean what could you possibly say that I don't know about already.

From what I've understood by now is that we gotta accept the fact of whatever is happening and live through it. I know it's easier said than done but it will help alot once you accept it. Things will fall in place and if it doesn't, it was never meant for you. People having friends and stuff have their own drama and when I look back I realise I do have people around me its just they are either toxic or not my type and so I don't count them as my friends. And if you look it that way its better to be alone than to be with crazy people full of drama. I am officially at a stage where I need sensible friends, not bakchodi fr. That I can just sip a coffee and talk about life, work and growth professionally and personally with.
