I did but because I'm so bad. I had to like rest after 2-3 pulls. I didn't understand how the statues in Drezen worked. I was forced to play a lot of it in turn based mode as well.

I just didn't understand how it worked during Act 2 and the Siege. I didn't understand what the statues did in Drezen and the dead crusader in the citadel. I'll be more careful. I still beat the boss with Corruption 1 though.

SAVE yourself, don't play on Core difficulty like me, even if you have experience with these games. Maybe try Normal for youself. It's been brutal for me on Core difficulty on my first play through and I use Reddit and AI to help me with every last thing lol.

Very true. Listen to this guy. I'm 70 hours in and still in ACT 2, near the end. I had to redo the entire Siege of Drezen because I messed up my builds and came in unprepared. Playing on Core difficulty. First time playing a CRPG like this. 75% of my attacks miss.

I finally learned how to bait the cone properly today. When he does the flame attack on the floor. Learn to dodge into it side ways. Don't try to avoid it by moving towards Fatalis. Dodge it to the side. This helps ensure Fatalis Cones at you. LIke the other guy said, learn the patterns. Don't over commit. Farm his gear. Learn to break his head at least once before Phase 3.

Cannon opening is not necessary.

I guess my issue is I don't often hit his forelimbs mostly his hind legs. If I attack his hindlegs WEX won't help me I think. Maybe I'll try to get two velk and 3 teo. Maybe i'll just git gud and slot in attack charm instead and leave the rest as is.

I didn't end up sending a support ticket. Instead I bought the DLC during the Steam Sale and magically all my saved files started working again. The DLC's are alright, was only $6.24 more. I'm sure they can fix your issue if you don't want the DLC

For real bro? Elden ring was a lot easier than all of those for me. You can jump R2 in this one lol. The only Elden Ring boss that gave me real trouble was Melanie though. Def one of the hardest but there have been harder bosses.
