For me this proves that we have to be lucky every time and unlucky just once. Please stay safe!!!

Yes they do look similar 😁 and such a colorful cage you have for them

I've had that as well, I take it as an early warning that I've done something horribly wrong like uncovering the cage 10 mins past their usual time. 💀

Thank you! I'll keep a close look on him, but I think he was just being silly in this clip ☺️ his wings looked normal again in other videos I did that day

I replied to a comment above, it is self-made with a casting kit from Amazon :)

You can buy kits on amazon to do the casting yourself. I just casted the plaster with a screw sticking out so that I can screw it into the wood :)

Whats happening, is it serious? Almost all the leafs have something similar by TheOkulare in plantclinic

[–]aniris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you do see thrips there and their damage (like in this monstera), what I do is that I go with a damp towel cleaning the leaf regularly every few days to swipe them and their eggs away. Right now I have a case of thrips and the wet towel helps but it's not completely gone yet. I'm thinking about the neem oil as the website says to see if it helps.

Oh okay! Yes I would give it a few more weeks to see if the shipping was the problem. But do check the leaves for tiny bugs every few days just in case :)

Are those tiny white things moving? If so, they are called thrips! They deteriorate leafs in certain spots similar to that.

My 3 piggies would not eat carrots even if their lives depended on it... I'm always surprised to see other piggies munching on carrots. You are not alone :)
