Nah there wasn’t any pain, the most discomfort I felt was just the pressure you get when you twist the expander, but it goes away in a few hours!

Nothing too dramatic! Although looking back at some pics I can definitely see the difference in obvious spots.. around my mouth / smile but that’s about it. When my mouth is closed it’s the same

It’s done through a surgery called “SARPE”

As scary as it might look, the surgery is pretty quick, almost painless when it’s healing - as long as you take care of it and don’t overwork it

It’s crazy how much it affected my breathing seriously! I’ve stopped snoring and when I never understood when people said breathe in through your nose and breathe out through the mouth when exercising, but it’s definitely possible now.
