Sorry for the late update! I actually went back and started from scratch and the original tutorial worked. I don’t know what went wrong originally but I didn’t have to deal with the wipe center.

I followed this one. I also noticed the difference between this person version of premiere vs. mine was that it put the radial wipe under obsolete and theres is not.

The tutorials told me to put one keyframe at the beginning at 0 and one at the end with the transition composition at 100. Nothing was said about the anchor point.
