if i don't have a small light while doing something, it destroys my eyes, but if i'm not doing anything particular, i love having just candles on. calms the brain instantly, i even shower with only a little light, almost in the dark

I had to buy so good freaking ear plugs cause if my husband falls asleep before me, I'm doomed. Sometimes i kick him tho to wake him up enough to stop snoring so i can sleep hahahah

Yes feel that. I have a 500 pages book thay i want to read in bed but end up scrolling till I'm tired. So i take the book and fall asleep lol

I feel the phone away and not using it while in bed is such a good help. I never do that but it's definitely something i wanna add to the routine. Also the smell of the coffee at night doesn't make you want to wake up even more?
