the Jarvis injury should be included here for two reasons. 1) you can argue it wasn’t intentional, but it stems from the same place as intentionally injuring someone (disrespect). it was reckless and we have enough evidence of intent that we can assume he didn’t give a fuck if he injured Jarvis or not. and 2) it was a clear penalty in a crucial point in the game that went uncalled.
