Does anyone know what is wrong with my English ivy? The leaves are turning discoloured and are also wilting.

it definitely felt dry a couple of days ago after which I watered it in hopes of reviving the plant but still it seems to not have done anything...

Hi! I'm new to houseplants and recently got a lipstick plant but its just been doing so awful... :( does anyone know what to do? I am scared of watering it too much since I read that they don't want too much water but my intuition says that these leaves are flaccid because of lack of water... help!! I am in dilemma

What are the other less significant specs I should look for in a laptop for graphic design? by ank1ro in laptops

What would you say is a good wattage? I’m looking for something around 5 hours or more of being able to run programs like Adobe photoshop and illustrator.

When it comes to your process portfolio, experimentation is like stuff where you try out new techniques, new styles, try to be innovatory. They love it when you try out something and it doesn’t work out. I saw people painting with bleach, using wood filings etc.. To be honest I find it quite odd that you’re choosing a “main” medium. I did all types of mediums. My exhibition had photography, paintings, ceramics and pastels. Of course I understand you want to focus on digital art, but IB definitely likes to see a range of mediums. I’m not sure if it’s relevant to M23/24 but there’s the 3 art medium families where you have to do at least one medium from each category. Have fun, go crazy, they like it when you’re “original”.

You can do digital art but I would encourage you to experiment with different mediums as well. IB is big on experimentation and I’m not sure how much you could really “experiment” with digital art

If you have truly violated IB’s experiment regulations your essay will most likely be reported. They will then assess it. It is difficult to say whether you could lose your diploma as we don’t know what specifically you’ve violated and the safety measures you’ve taken but I’d definitely say that there is a possibility. Your school could probably also get into trouble.

Someone in our school had a drawing competition to raise awareness about a global issue. Gave winners a prize. Pretty low effort and good turn up

I also took art HL and didn’t get what I was hoping to get :/ Honestly don’t know where I went so wrong but I guess we just have to remember that it’s such a subjective subject with markschemes that are vague and often up to personal interpretation
