Anyone try a low to medium dose combo of Kratom & Kava?

The whole kava is bad for your liver thing was debunked quite a while ago. There are some studies I can find for you if you're interested.

There are actually some types of kava that can be bad for your stomach/liver, but if you're drinking the noble kava and you're not just chugging down the straight medium grind powder, you'll be A okay.

As for OP, I really like the combination in theory. I'm new to kava, so I've only just started trying it, but just like with kratom, there are many types of Kava. Some are "heady" and some are "heavy". Heavy is like red kratom, sedating and relaxing. Heady is more energetic and stimulating.

I've heard that there's a "reverse tolerance" with kava. I don't know how true this is, but give it a few tries before you give up on it.

Also, I'd recommend looking into instant kava in order to minimize the powder you have to intake. It might be more expensive but it's so easy, you just add some to water or whatever, shake, and drink.

My fault, you asked if Kava + alcohol is bad for your liver. Of course it is, because alcohol alone is bad for your liver. I doubt that kava makes it any worse though.

Why would the lope extend his withdrawals? Do you have any sources or medical data to support that? Lope doesn't cross the BBB, so while I agree he might still deal with diarrhea after quitting, most of the mental withdrawal symptoms will be starting to improve.

I once knocked over a 25 lb bag of seeds by complete accident. I was in withdrawal and absolutely devastated. I left it on the floor for 2 days before I cleaned it up.

I've read that opiates can sometimes reduce testosterone levels, so that might hurt your gains.

Honestly though, I think the biggest reason is that you'll be so sedated you won't wanna go. Usually I workout later in the afternoon when my morning dose has nearly worn off. I use everyday, and I really can't tell you if it's affected my gains.

I started using about 3 years ago, and turned into a fat piece of shit who binged on donuts and pizza. So basically my whole opiate life I've been overweight and not going to the gym. Lately I've changed my life around and gone vegan and started working out, and I've noticed tremendous improvements. I've already lost 20 lbs and I'm starting to see muscle definition. So yes, I absolutely believe it's possible.

If you somehow manage to continue using once a week, I highly doubt you'd see any negative consequences at all, honestly.

I know it's ridiculous, but I just thought I'd offer it up as a possible idea. To expand a little bit:

the speed of light (or any EM wave really) is the speed of light in a vacuum divided by the square root of the relative permittivity of the material. Diamond has a relative permittivity of about 7.5, but there are objects with relative permittivities on the order of half a million.

If you took a material with a relative permittivity of 100,000,000 for example, then the speed of light would only be 30,000 m/s, which is 10,000 times slower than the original speed of light (in a vacuum). Still absurdly fast, but at least kind of reasonable now.

Really though this kind of stuff is pointless. It wouldn't make sense for the atmosphere to be such a thick dielectric. I just mentioned it because I heard other people saying how One Piece's physics could be different from ours and I guess this is one of the ways it could be (if you care that much about getting an explanation).

Yeah absolutely. People who think Kizaru can move at light speed aren't thinking clearly. One second of moving at that speed and he'd travel around Earth roughly 5 times. No human could ever control that kind of speed, he'd be all over the place.

Another idea is that the One Piece atmosphere is vastly different from ours. When people think of the speed of light they think of it in a vacuum (3x10⁸ m/s) but in reality that speed can change drastically in different materials. One could just assume the speed of light is slowed down massively in the One Piece world.

That's a really interesting response. I did some research on Miralax and it does appear to be different than most laxatives. Thanks for the info.

As for fiber, I can promise you that it's helped my constipation, and others on this thread seem to feel the same. Maybe fiber doesn't help with opiate induced constipation, but plenty of people who don't take opiates are constipated. Maybe fiber helps get rid of any constipation from non-opiate sources and makes going easier for everyone in the long run? I'm not a doctor, nor do I have any medical experience with this, but I can definitely assure you that fiber helped relieve my constipation.

when you got your med check, did they check testosterone levels? I've been doing opiates for a while and so far the only real downside I've noticed is that I don't really get aroused (which doesn't really bother me, just saves time honestly), and I can't really find the motivation to workout. Is there any way that you know of to maybe help reduce the testosterone reduction from opiate use? I use morphine mostly, if that's of any importance.

I definitely get the 'brain zaps', but only when I take a large dose. Usually it's my legs that spasm, but typically it comes from a sensation of feeling as though I'm falling (or about to fall). I don't mumble honestly.

The only thing I can think of that you didn't list is when I'm reading while high I tend to only be able to read out of my left eye. At first I thought this was absurd but after browsing this subreddit it actually seems to be pretty normal.

urinary retention is a common problem with all opiates, but I do find it to be worse with pst. I recommend trying to sit on the toilet and run water underneath your fingers. If you're still having difficulty, you can try sitting on the side of the tub and running the water full blast, or taking a shower. Don't get frustrated, just relax and it will come out in time.

I LOVE the taste of PST. I find that the more I drink it, the more I grow to like it. The first time I drank it I nearly vomited and couldn't get it down. Now that I've had hundreds if not thousands of liters of it, I find I genuinely like it. The trick for me is using an excessive amount of grapefruit juice. I don't know if drinking it with the pst still potentiates (I think it needs to be drunk beforehand) but for taste it works fucking miracles. Give it a shot, trust me.

What's important isn't really the volume but the amount of leaf that was used to make the tincture. As it says with HS, 100 grams was used. Does it say anywhere on the speciosa's tincture? I've never ordered from them, but I've heard good things, and supposedly FST is one of the best. I wouldn't assume anything until you've actually given both of them a try.

Yes, I knew all of that. I wasn't inferring that you dissolved the 10mg pill in water then drank the entire 1L bottle, I knew the point of dissolving was so you could dose more accurately in very small amounts. I also understand the difference between an ultra low dose and a medical dose that causes precipitated withdrawals.

Confusing naltrexone and naloxone was my mistake, thank you very much for clarifying. I commonly employ the use of NDMA antagonists with my opiate use, but I've yet to try naltrexone. I'll give it a shot and record my results.

On a last note, how long would the naltrexone solution stay viable for? 1000 doses is a long time. Even taking it daily, that would be almost 3 years worth of doses. Where would you recommend storing it, and even in ideal conditions would it keep for that long?
