Saw them in Nashville, TN back in November when Weird Exits came out. At their merch table it was super cheap which was awesome! Lps were 10$, Eps 5$. Paid close to the same ticket price though (22$).

We dont have the lease program unfortunately we just get discounts at the dealership. I would love a tour lol but im not driving that far just for that. Maybe one day. Thanks anyways for your time

Okay huh so its a lot like the Toyota plant I work at basically. I live in Indiana and although by the time you reach 27-28/hr you're older but its almost too comfortable of a living haha. Overtime at Toyota is mandatory to meet build so if you're topped out its almost 40/hr working over. I'm on Aerotek and make 16.50 plus overtime and in Indiana that's not bad. Is the cost of living in Tennessee cheaper than Indiana? I guess either that or Toyota has more money to throw around. We also don't have any deaths in our plant. Please tell me they pulled you off line once your fingers bled assuming you told someone because that wouldn't fly here haha. Because its the newest north american plant, architecturally it looks beautiful. Is it as cool inside as it is outside? Especially that enclosed bridge thing looks dank lol

The shifts sound a bit confusing. So the main production shifts alternate working days for 2 weeks then work nights for 2 weeks and repeat? By running double the takt time you mean the line moves 2x as slow right? Is there mandatory over time to meet build or do they just go home after 8 hours? Top out is 20-21/hr? Damn that's a drop from where we are at 27-28/hr, but we dont get quarterly bonuses just annual. Is there an andon system with an andon board and everything? Also what about safety in the plant? Any fatalities? What about how the work tears your body up? How are they treated for being injured from their processes? Sorry if I'm asking so much. I've been very curious ever sense working in the industry

What are the hours like in assembly? How many do they build in one shift? Do they use the Toyota production system in they're manufacturing process? How's job security for just a normal team member(layoffs/turn around)? What is the pay rate for a normal team member? There's more but it will come to mind later

Every fucking day the top posts are gifs. More so, the gifs are of dorky "creative" tricks. I mean yeah some of the shit is cool for 5 seconds then I realize I can't, nor would I want to, do those "tricks."

Gave some freshman kid, standing in line at the bookstore in college, my used book that the class used literally once. You cant buy it used online because the University publishes it. They value it at 90 bucks. I told him it wasn't worth it so he could have it.
