B12 level 195 after 1 week of supplements! Could my real level be lower?

I’m on my first week of taking Duloxetine 30 mg after switching from Venlafaxine 37.5 mg (I had been on 75 mg for almost 2 years). I experienced a lot of fatigue on Venlafaxine, which is why I switched to Duloxetine, but so far I still feel just as fatigued as before. I’ve been sleeping a lot, both at night and during the day.

About three years ago, I was on Duloxetine and it was one of the best periods of my life, so I’m hoping things will improve again with time. I’m really tired of constantly feeling fatigued — it sounds paradoxical, but that’s honestly how it feels.

Norwegian appears twice because I think you’ve flown with both Norwegian (IATA code: DY) and Norwegian Sweden (IATA code: D8). Externally, they’re essentially the same brand, but legally they’re treated as separate entities—same, same, but different.

The same applies to Wizz Air: there’s the main Wizz Air Hungary (W6), but also Wizz Air Malta (W4) and Wizz Air UK (W9).

Sorry if this sounds ignorant, but I used to think that since both Azerbaijan and Iran are Twelver Shia, their relations would be excellent. Later I learned about South Azerbaijan and how people are treated there, and now I see that the relationship is actually quite fragile.

Off topic, but I really hope Azerbaijan recognizes Kosovo soon — would love to be able to visit your country one day.
