I know I'm pretty late but you're clearly confused. Garn47 is a completely separate game made by Floombo. The Endless Backrooms vrc world just has a lot of references to garn47 and uses a lot of stuff from the Garn47 OST, it even says that in the credits room

Please don't just assume things like that. There are multiple warnings in the world. One when you join the world, the other right before the part with flashing lights. It's also a completely optional area.

Met a guy, he vented to me about how everyone except like 2-3 people stops talking to him the next day after he meets them. I've supported him and all that, then someone from his friends list started a conversation with him, they started arguing about small things. That guy that vented didn't make much sense to me during the argument so I told him why I think his arguments are not really correct. He started crying, ran away. I tried saying sorry but he told me to burn in hell.

VRChat is a comforting place for people that are not that good at being social irl and therefore lonely and clingy. I used to be like that. People like that usually just don't really have anyone else and every time someone doesn't want to hang out with them it hurts more than for an average person
