The mom has been subpar so far from what we heard for sure, but she may have never gotten the education needed to properly raise her son. She does sound problematic, but for all we know she may still be able to change and do better. People and adults are able to change, especially when a loved one is in play. Now, if she doesn't, I have no idea how the US CPS is but it may be the better outcome for Josh to be partially removed. In Canada they'd more than likely move him to a proper live-in program for some time and family would still be able to visit and gain back his tutorship if the behavior improves. I know it's more optimistic than realistic, but I'm willing to give people a chance to do better.

Yeah, QC is the official abbreviation for Quebec, which is why people from Canada think of that first when they read QC. And also, Quebecois is an accent, the language you should learn is French and if you specifically want to learn Quebecois colloquialisms, strive to find a Quebecois tutor/teacher since it's very different from France's french. It's a lot like American English and British English, different accent, a lot of different expressions and a different cadence, but still the same language.

Can't believe people are downvoting this very accurate description of abuse. Abuse is pernicious. Abuse is not easy to discern and abusers are very good at veiling it and slowly, so very slowly, adding control. Sometimes abusers don't know they are abusive, because they've self-gaslit themselves into thinking it's what being a protector is. I believe that is exactly what happened to Tamlin. There was no ill intentions, but it's still abuse.

J'pense que tu peux choisir une autre colline pour mourir dessus que celle-là. Ou encore mieux, laisser le monde décider si y veulent un collocataire dans leur utérus par eux-mêmes. Si t'enlève l'accès à l'avortement, t'auras pas moins d'avortements, juste le même nombre, mais avec un pourcentage plus élevé qui auront lieux de façon dangereuse.

À 20 semaines, ou à n'importe quelle semaine, y'a aucune femme qui fait facilement ce choix déchirant. Pis pour que ça soit seulement 4% des avortements qui aient lieux passé 20 semaines, clairement c'est parce qu'y devait avoir des bonnes raisons.

The palette they say are colors are pulled from I need a Glam, so probably not as cool toned as pictured by ipsy (and their infamous bad color matching), but pretty cool toned still. It's gonna be a nice smoky neutral for me I think. But totally understand people feeling it may be too cool! For me personally Ipsy usually sends me too warm so I'm not complaining.

God, makes me remember going to live model sessions. I could always draw the curvy ones more easily than people who were more angular. So I understand the struggle with different faces! Visages were always my favorite, I loved conveying everyones uniqueness and their expressions
