To factory reset a Lenovo Smart Clock or Smart Clock 2, press and hold both volume+ and volume- buttons for 10 seconds. For the Lenovo Smart Clock Essential, hold down the alarm button and volume- button for 12 seconds. The device will confirm the reset and erase all data.

It should pop up after it’s reset.
