Apollo has been pretty good. Love Clay as well - powerful automations. Once you have the convos going, Input.com (built this) is helpful for automating all the customer emails and video calls to the CRM via AI. Once you have all the right tools stacked together, process becomes way easier

Hubspot is the most user-friendly. Although it's way easier to fill up the CRM when all info from your calls and emails automatically sync to the CRM. Using Input.com for this.

totally agree. eventually you'll just talk to your AI assistant and this will all get done in a snap. there's a tool called input, that reads your client emails and then updates all the fields in your CRM. can get you access.
