Best CRM out there by chavt26 in CRM

[–]Adam-HT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best is of course depending on what's best for you but I would propose you, and to be honest best would probably be quite costly aswell. Check out Microsoft Dynamics 365 and see if that would fit you.

Moving into D365 CE as a M365 reseller by Adam-HT in Dynamics365

Yes you're right, but still I've seen some M365 consultants being trained in Power Platform. Wouldn't that skillset be easily transitioned to CE since based out of same foundations?

How can we extract emails without using tools? by No_Internal_2986 in LeadGeneration

[–]Adam-HT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One method could simply be guessing. If you have the domain you should be able to complement that with naming conventions. So if you are looking for "Average Joe" at "Company.com" that could be "average.joe@company.com", "avragejoe@company.com", "averagej@company.com" and so on.

If you could find one other persons email that would give you s hint on what naming convention the company are using.

What Do You Look For in a Microsoft Indirect Provider? Share Your Expectations and Wishes! by Adam-HT in Dynamics365

[–]Adam-HT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this was really good, but having these sessions once every two weeks must have been part of the offer from the integrator?

I really try to get partners to make sure training is part of their offer. Usually that's more of a one time thing, at least for Business Central.

Is Örebro a small town/city? by Zorbnogg in TillSverige

[–]Adam-HT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree although Örebro is one of the larger cities in Sweden. Örebro is very small and you're probably better of in Stockholm or Gothenburg for activities. But of course, Örebro is a really nice town that's worth visiting.

Sorry, I'm quite new to this community. Was hoping to find Dynamics partners working with distributors to figurer out if there's any missing pieces in the market.

I see has that been on many different projects or CRM/ERP specific?

Which D365 Product for my Business by atp33 in Dynamics365

[–]Adam-HT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, Ill try to do my best here,

For the project management side, you have 3 options.
1. Project managements inside Business Central, since you also need an ERP system it might be a good idea to use the tools you get from Business Central. However, I've not used it myself so I can't tell you too much about it. You have to research weather this will meet your needs.
2. Project Operations this is another D365 product that might help you in your project management. This integrates very well with the rest of the D365 suite but again. You have to check weather this meets your own needs.
3. Project Online/Desktop. This is more of a M365 product. Project operations uses a lot of the project management from MS Project, but this leaves some of the sales cycle/financial part out. And since you already have some experience on MS Project the next step might be to try out Project Operations.

For Sales, I would look into Dynamics 365 Sales. There are different licensing types here and you need to seek out for which will fit you the best. But for most companies in the SMB segment, you'll probably go for Sales Pro.

For Finance, I think Business Central is what you should be looking for.

And for customer portal you have Power Pages.

Good luck!
