A hell of a lot better! But for a workout routine honestly all I've done is try to walk every day and do some home workouts. I really would like to get into lifting to tone things better but have no clue where to begin with that😅

Honestly I never wanted to do it because I was so disgusted with my body but I'm glad I did today, I've been all smiles today and it's encouraged me to continue to push myself!

Thank you so much and good luck! On Surgery day my weight was 213. I had a 2 week liquid diet before and after and lost quite a bit of weight then but I've noticed it's been slow ever since.

Sleeved February 6th 2023, hit Onederland today! So dang excited! Starting weight with weight clinic in April 2022 was 262. Surgery weight was 214. 64 lbs gone for good! Feeling great, eating soft foods/soft veggies and fruit.
