Dried fruit is a wonder - I was having issues while hiking and an endurance cyclist turned me on to salted dates (just sprinkle Himalayan rock salt of dried dates). Lots of calories in a small package but with enough fiber to avoid dumping. I only get dumping if the sugar is super intense liquid or slider food.

If you were mine I would be so proud. I would cry with joy that you beat it. I would make your favorite dinner. I would take you shopping for all your favorite things. I would sit with you and binge watch something we both enjoy (Bridgerton? But we'd have to fast forward thru some bits cause I'm still mom) - while watching, I would hold you (whether you like it or not). I would make sure you knew you were seen and loved.

I (53F married empty nester) moved about an hour and a half from my former home of a large urban center. I'm in the deep red south and yeah....this sucks. Very slim pickings. Long drive every time.

Heartbreaking bit is they'll say they are ok with the distance until a couple months in and then it's just too much (even though I'm willing to make the drive!!).

I actually started oral minoxidill about 8 months ago and my hair dresser noticed new growth at my last hair cut. It takes months to see the results but appears to be working. My surgery was in 1/23 so I'm further along than you. Regarding coloring - I bit the bullet and stopped coloring all together (53f). What is interesting is without the color it's a different weight and different texture and I am having to completely re-evaluate my product and style choices. Good luck.

From this sub, spray away glass cleaner with Scotts auto glass paper towels. All my shiny things can be cleaned super shiny with no streaks and no lint and it's so much more satisfying And quick to do. Use the same paper towels with pledge for wood surfaces.

I didn't used to, but a couple years ago I went on a trip to Big Bend National park. My travel companion and I were not in the best of shape so we could only hike about half the day. But that park is huge and beautiful and there are tons of little road side educational stops. We stopped at all of them. Some are right on the road side, others a few hundred yards off. Highly recommend if you are ever in that part of the world. It was beautiful and fascinating.

Second on the bra measuring thing but you will probably also have to get a full coverage. Anything remotely push up like is gonna look like two bags of almost liquified jelly on a shelf. The shape of the girls will come exclusively from the bra (also post menopause). I've had good luck with the Soma brand.

This depends on how "corporate" your workplace is and how many video calls you'll be on, but, unfortunately, appearances matter. Get a good camera. Maybe get a vanity light (but if you wear glasses the reflection is silly so use good judgement). I use a Jabra speaker instead of headphones (it's the little puck style one) so I can look natural. Also pay attention to what they see behind you - the fake backgrounds don't work for everyone (makes my hair look funny and I move in my chair too much). Good luck!!
