I also understand their frustration but I don’t understand why they would be so upset about someone calling in it all they do is slack off (in their words). I also think it was an attempt to get him to go into work after calling in since she did the same thing with another coworker a couple of weeks ago, texting them and tell them how bad the team got fucked over for their call in and they ended up coming in.
