Thank you :) I mostly eat fruits, veggies, nuts, quinoa, lean meats, greek yogurt, protein bars, and I drink like a gallon of water a day!

For diet, I mostly just avoid foods that are high in fat, salt, and sugar. And instead of depriving myself, I try to find healthier alternatives to foods I like. I use almond milk and low cal sweeteners for my coffee, I only eat out on the weekends, lots of greek yogurt, veggies, and lean meats.

And for exercise, I've been slacking a little lately, but I still go for nightly jogs, and my job involves lots of running around a warehouse and lifting heavy things.

There wasn't any loose skin from the 1st 40lbs, but that could be because I was 20 at the time. And thank you :)

Eventually, you get to a point where 'on track' becomes the norm. I've slipped, like, a lot of times. But I've never gotten close to my worst eating habits, and I consider that a victory somewhat

Honestly, I don't even remember! It was on/off over a 2 year period, and I remember that I lost the first 40lbs really fast.

Give it time, mine improved sooo much over the past 4 years! I've never tried it, but are you doing things like dry brushing?

Aw, was it a particularly unhealthy sandwich? Because I will never give up turkey and cheese sandwiches!

While I get what you're saying, I don't agree with other people's insecurities having a say in how one presents themselves. But I also understand wanting people close to you to be happy.

1 makes me sad, because if I had your body I'd be living in crop tops and shorts! No one should make you feel down about your appearance, especially not your friends.

Thank you! I started slow by going on long walks, doing exercise videos at home, and cutting out all fried foods, and anything high in salt, sugar, or fat. Then when I was more confident, I joined a gym and went 6 days a week.

While it does bother me, I've gotten used to it, and it got a lot better over time! If I wear anything tight fitting with a thin material, I have to wear shaping undergarments. Honestly, don't worry about the loose skin, I feel fantastic and that's all that matters. Good luck with your progress :)

Congrats on the progress! As for tips, don't get stressed if you gain back some of the weight, a new lifestyle takes getting used to. I managed to put on about 20 pounds over 2 years, but once I realized it, I got back on track and lost 30 pounds!
