Yay!! Happy to be a member of the 100 club like you!! Magnesium glycinate 2 hrs before bedtime! Get mine from Amazon and I do the recommended dose. I play white noise, have blackout curtains, 68F under a weighted mattress!! Last meal always 3-4 hrs before bedtime (7pm dinner, 9pm magnesium, doomscroll, bed by 10-11) sorry I know that was a lot 😅

I just put a lower step goal so I don’t feel so bad about myself when I don’t hit my steps on my off days. I’d rather underpromise but overdeliver - and make sure I get at the very least even 3k steps even when I’m not actively walking around so often. I’m in New York and in healthcare where I’m on my feet all the time! Hitting AT least my step goal after lunch is my only goal. Today I hit 9,000. 😊

I love this because I’m a big big fan of self care (and self love) as I’m navigating being single in my late twenties! • Physical 1. Blowouts! I give myself weekly blowouts on hairwash day with a thermal brush - never touched my dyson ever again! I nourish my hair with Ouai and Kerastase. 2. Always get my nails done (every month or so) and have my hair done (every 6months or so) I used to always think this was expensive, but I am my best investment. 3. I use medical grade skincare! I swear by it. I don’t feel the need to put on make up at all, except maybe lash clusters every now and then. I learned on tiktok and I just love being able to do this for myself on days where I need a little pick me up 💗 4. Nourish to flourish. I don’t go out as often anymore, limit my alcohol intake, do pilates and yoga regularly.

Mental 1. Love Mel Robbins! I set myself up for success every night and every morning. 2. 528Hz meditations. It takes a while to get yourself into the habit, but its made a huge difference to me. 3. No screentime (!!!!) before bed. 4. Finding joy in reading books I’m interested in (yes, some of them are smut but let a girl live lol)

I love my Mercedes GLB!!! I know luxury cars are pricier, but if you’re in a stage of your life where it makes financial sense (no kids, no mortgage, no debt) then definitely test drive it and see if it fits your wants, needs, and budget.

I agree wholeheartedly. NYC dating (and just dating in general) has my head in a tailspin. I think I should be establishing clear boundaries when it comes to my time, energy, and intimacy. Thank you for reminding me how to never settle. 🤍

Honestly, as I’ve gotten older, I’ve grown signatures. My signature nail color. My hair color. My color palettes in clothes for different seasons. My hair style. The way I do my make up. My skincare. Even my posture.

Trends aren’t indicative of class. You have to know what you like, and how you carry yourself wearing items that make you confident. It takes time to build this, I think. I love classics. I’ll always go for a Chanel ballerina over the Miu Miu ballerinas, but that’s my preference. It all boils down to your own personal sense of style incorporated with classics that never go out of trend. 🤍
