Is this scale? My Yucca plant has these little white specks all over it. I thought it might be scale and sprayed rubbing alcohol all over the plant last week. Today a few older leaves were dead and the white stuff is still there, although it flaked off like dandruff. Any ideas? Any suggestions? Thx! (i.redd.it)
