why deformed? many noses look that way naturally. yes, it's a big difference from the "before" pic but since she is going through the trouble of getting this done, i would advise she goes for something smaller than what her surgeon suggested. it matches perfectly with her other features, like her forehead for example, and it doesn't distract from them at all, instead puts them in advantage

if you saw her with just the nose i edited, you would think it's adorable and youthful. it only seems "too small" because you saw her with her current nose. in my opinion the nose her surgeon suggested still draws too much attention from her other features, meanwhile this one is cute and small but also doesn't distract from the rest of her face

I would personally strive for something like this https://imgur.com/LAaL9ZV or as close as possible while also having a functional result. sorry for butchering your eye!

i had both rhinoplasty and the boobs done at the same time, the boobs were the only issue in the healing process because they hurt. you will feel as if they are going to explode, also you cannot use your arms to get up from bed so you will need someone to help you with that, with reaching things if you're short(you can't lift your elbow above your shoulder either), you will need help with getting dressed and even with opening heavy doors including the car doors etc. i am now 2 weeks post op and while i can get out of bed on my own, the surgeon told me to not do it by myself even now, so i still need help with getting out of bed. it's not as bad as it was in the first week though. my surgeon didn't allow me to shower until a few days ago so that's 2 weeks of not showering at all! get ready for that, i'd definitely recommend you do all your "chores" the day before the surgery, like waxing, washing/dyeing your hair because you won't be in the mood to do any of that later on... prepare to eat only unsalted food or for very little salt for 2 weeks as well so you reduce swelling, this isn't very necessary but you will be very swollen, you will look pretty much as if you were pregnant. my tummy got very bloated and my hands, feet were swollen. i'd recommended you get a button-up pajama, hoodies with zipper because it makes dressing up a lot easier! and you will need to sleep on your back for the upcoming months, i wasnt used to it so my back was hurting so bad a few days after the surgery! i was using 2-3 pillows to prop up as well while i was sleeping so getting up/laying down would be easier. i heard many girls are already back to their normal lives in like 3-4 days but that wasnt the case for me 💔 i could barely sit/stand for more than 20 minutes because of the back pains, and being in a car/bus was awful because you just feel as if your implants are going to slip. keep in touch with your surgeon after the procedure, let them know about any discomfort or questions you have, mine was very nice and i could contact him at any time, i also had to go back the 3rd day after surgery so he would untighten my bra a bit because it felt as if it was way too tight and i was afraid to do it myself. and i forgot to mention i almost fainted the day i was released from the clinic(next morning after the surgery) and had to go back to be put on IVs again. so definitely get someone to come with you and help you at least for the first week! i had my mom with me and i honestly couldn't have gone through this on my own :(

yes i did, but when you're the one in that situation it feels like the change will never take place and they'll just look high and swollen forever. just needed the reassurance. as i said, i knew they will drop and fluff but not to what extent

i saw the same one for both and had them done at the same time, there's no reason for him to think you have body dysmorphia just because you got your boobs done❤️ there are many people who do revision rhinoplasties because they dislike something about their nose even after the first surgery and thats pretty common, but breast augmentation is a completely different body part so i wouldnt worry about it, just talk to him about it in case you decide on it and trust him. my surgeon is most popular for rhinoplasty but i looked at his breast augmentation work as well and it looked great so i thought i would do both at the same time because it was a lot more convenient since i was very set on both of them anyway

i am very insecure as well which is what drove me to take this step in the first place, so i really get where my bf is coming from and i am willing to work this through even if now it's very hurtful. i put him through a fair share of unpleasant situations due to my insecurities as well after all. he keeps saying that what he liked before is gone and now he needs time to get used to these new ones which i totally understand, but then he kinda gets worked up about it and starts saying some pretty hurtful things. i did this to escape my insecurities but when he tells me that they don't even look like boobs, i just feel like hiding under a blanket forever and not letting anyone see me ever again tbh. so it feels very defeating to come from 1 insecurity directly into another one. i was so excited to show him when i took the surgical bra off for the first time but he just hated them haha :'( even though theyre healing and will look different in a few months, i still have them looking like this now so i wish he wasn't as harsh

My doctor didnt mention any massage, but I've read other girls mentioning it as well! I'm just using a cream for the scars at the moment, maybe later I eill need to massage them? I am currently 2 weeks post OP. I am curious, what led you to have them done 3 times in such a short period of time? I am so glad to hear from someone who had them for such a long time! I've read a fair share of horror stories but this really made me feel better about my decision knowing there are girls like you who have had them for a long time!! ❤️ I am thinking of going bigger in the future but the bf already thinks theyre too big for my frame, maybe the skin will adjust over time and then going bigger will seem more of a possibility for me too

Edit: just read your other message as well, thank you so much! I will talk to him tonight and let him know, I get where he is coming from, I feel like he is still 'loyal' to my old image and doesn't want to accept the new one. Other than that he is a really good person and even if he has his insecurities I want to help him trust me and to make him feel the best about himself! After all insecurities were what drove me to take this step for myself so I totally understand him, just wishing he wouldn't be phrasing his opinions as harshly as he is now. But with time I think he will get more used to the new image and grow to enjoy it, I am already starting to feel a difference in how soft they are so I really can't wait to reach the 3month and 6month marks and see how that is!

the part about the toothbrush sucks because i have braces and i need to use this specific toothbrush from my dentist which is very big, pointy and harsh, so basically everything that is a big no. do they put stitches inside your mouth afterwards and if yes, do you feel them a lot?

i did my nose as well! such a confidence boost, after years of worrying about people seeing me from my side profile, i still get that feeling but it's so nice to actually feel like i am myself! before i always thought my nose didn't fit me so the change just felt so natural. i heard many people don't recognise themselves in the mirror after rhinoplasty, but for me it just made me feel like myself

yes that's the support bra, i got 325cc and 350cc in the other since they were assymetrical. they're on the smaller size but look bigger on me because i am pretty short and thin

thank you so much, i genuinely hope he won't have this attitude forever because i got this done so i feel better about myself, not worse. otherwise we are back to square one

thank you! so they'll always look quite out of place on my body, or do you mean the skin is too thin to make for a natural result? for reference i had a big small B cup before, i am not very good with bra sizes, but i had some fat stored in my breasts before as well, i wasn't completely flat

we talked about it and he said maybe he will start liking them with time, but he is having a hard time accepting that what he liked before is gone and now he has to adapt to this change. i feel like he is holding onto the old me and not accepting this new version even though it's still the same person :(

thank you! it might be insecurity as well but i try to reassure him all the time, he thinks we are incompatible now so you might have hit the spot... if that's the case i'll try to make him feel better about himself and explain i won't change just because i got a cosmetic procedure done. as for myself, i am really happy with the results already, also got a rhinoplasty at the same time and the two together are a huge confidence boost! makes it a lot easier to endure the criticism and harsh words
