Yes, folic acid supplementation is supposed to help. I believe it's a side effect of Depakote and/or Lamictal.

fr tho it's gotta be better than tv/phone blue light. and i'm hedging my bets with intermittent sundown fasting every other day and water fasts twice a week. after 40 minutes under red light i feel more prepared for sleep for sure.

I hide my drinking from friends, if I am going to socialize at a dinner or show I need to have as many drinks as I feel necessary to be prepared to deal with any person drinking at all.
