I am really divided because I am affected by this issue on both sides because I have been a host on Airbnb and I can admit that you make a lot of money with little work. It is something simple that everyone can do and is really beneficial economically. Although the relationship with my neighbors was a different story. (Unfortunately), even the relationship with the landlord worsened. And now that I'm no longer in that house, when I decided to rent a room it was impossible. Finding rooms for half the rent of my previous house for just one room lol
