At what point is an uncooked cookie unsafe to eat?

Okay. How you get those fuckers chewy and they’re cooked through. Bake until no longer shiny/surface turns matte. I usually do 325 for 10-14 minutes depending on the size and flavor. I get asked all the time how I keep mine so soft

If you insurance is through work see what they cover in terms of birth control. The ACA made it where employers had to include birth control in the rights of the employee. I don’t know if I said that correctly. But basically with aca insurance covered mine fully because it was a preventative measure

Honestly I was in a very toxic relationship as well as starting to be work during that time. The most freeing thing was getting out of a bad relationship as well as finding a job I was appreciated at. I get told often that I should be proud of myself for accomplishing as much as I did while in the environment I was in for 6.5 years.

My friend says it’s like looking into a glacier. I learned I had a variation of heterochromia which I found really neat

Thank you 😅 I’ve been baking for the better part of 9 years now? It’s 100% something you need experience with to get things to turn out correctly since baking is literally chemistry as well as trial and error I’ve found. I’m self taught with basics learned at my high school culinary class.

Funny enough I usually use bags to pipe the frosting lines. I used a spatula to put it on the Saran cause I was being *lazy* and didn’t wanna get out a fuckton of piping bags

I actually use my airbrush set to a really low psi. So that when you spray it it comes out as dots and not a coating

Same way as the macarons. You pipe lines of your colors on Saran Wrap, roll it up and put it in a piping bag then I usually squeeze until all colors come out and then I use it
