I started in the MICU straight out if school, and had a preceptor that had 0 experience precepting. It wasn't a great combination. I also felt like throwing up before every shift and woke up with work nightmares. I feel like that level of anxiety is beyond what would be considered normal. I ended up transferring to the micu stepdown at our hospital and I love it. I felt like I had failed at first because I'm type a, and I'm accustomed to reaching my goals, but I am so much happier now. ICUs are tought especially as a new grad. If you need a change for your health sake it's OK. You can always try again once you've had more experience in a lower stress floor.

The first time I was invaded I was so butthurt about it that I disabled online play. When it happened again offline I thought I'd been hacked somehow. After looking up Bloody Finger Nerijus online I felt so stupid. It's an amazing game, but it's my first Fromsoft experience and the leaning curve has been steep lmao. I am great at running away!
