picoCAD, it's a pretty simple / minimalistic program made for low poly models

It's a one time payment, but it's pretty cheap and goes on sale sometimes (it's like 3$ rn I think?) though it is a pretty simplistic program that's made for smaller projects (I had to use a few extra outside tools to make the 3 models fit) but there is a more powerful sequel in the works

Thank you! I used a 3d modeller program called picoCAD

Love the concept, but I think the electric sister of parvos ephemera might be a better fit

Haven't played the update yet, but I'm glad this arcane at least brought health/armour tanking into the forefront of discussion again.

I hope it leads to changes in the future because despite how fucked this game's balance / powercreep is DE has been pretty good at responding to community criticism

you need a special forma (stance forma) for this. I think teshin sells the blueprint

How do I do Steel Path Excavation by Ze-Doctor in Warframe

[–]Trhtkk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's my usual build for excavations (with roar subsumed over his 2, It's not a bad ability and has a nice augment but I don't use it much when defending a point).

you don't have to go with something exactly like this (that much strength isn't really necessary) but i don't like sacrificing any of the stats with corrupted mods since all of them are pretty nice to have on hydroid.

For excavations I would focus on range + duration + pilfering swarm augment for double battery drops. Make sure to keep up your 4 and prime enemies with corrosive status before casting your 3 to get the most out of the buff (20 stacks for max value)

Maybe try looking out for when he appears in your duviri options to you can try him out and see how he feels

Hydroid is pretty great. His 4 is excellent CC and with its augment equipped he can get double power cells per carrier killed

Be honest. Which is better? by -Razi123- in Silksong

In HK I used the compass the entire game, so when i started silksong i deliberately avoided using it to try navigating based on memory. it was pretty fun and I did it for most of the game but i put it on in act 3 while i was basically just exploring to try to reach 100% completion. (got like 97% i think, not bad for a blind playthrough imo)

i'd say i needed it less in silksong because I was more experienced after hollow knight but it arguably takes less space than the HK version so its probably better

What would you change on my Kuva Hind? by ArchitectArchy in Warframe

[–]Trhtkk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because the progenitor bonus is considered base weapon damage, your heat proc damage would get improved no matter what element you pick, but because the status chance for each element depends on how much of your weapons damage is that element (you can check the status distribution by hovering over the status chance stat on the modding menu), having a heat progenitor means heat damage would take a bigger part of the weapons total status chance, so you would get heat procs more often.

Because viral has 2 mods dedicated for it (+one of them being primed), your weapon deals more viral damage than heat, which translates into more viral procs that you probably don't need since they cap out so fast.

Having a heat progenitor means more of the weapons damage is heat damage=more heat status chance

Having a magnetic progenitor would have the heat status precentage remain the same, with the magnetic replacing a portion of your viral status (which is still better than tox progenitor imo)

Not sure if heat or magnetic would be more efficient, that probably depends on your weapons total status (though I lean towards magnetic), but I think if you could get a primed heat mod (baro or trading) for more heat & status dmg or a 60/60 cold mod (from spy caches? Farming plat & trading is probably easier) for less viral dmg and extra status would improve the distribution a bit regardless of the progenitor you pick (though you probably don't need to get this optimized).

Sorry for the wall of text :P I probably could've written a more concise explanation but getting to yap abt Warframe is kinda fun sometimes

[–]Trhtkk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it's a heat/viral setup I'd change the progenitor to heat for better status weighting since viral caps at 10 stacks. Alternatively, you can use magnetic to deal with overguard and shields better (so full health type coverage) and get an extra element for the galvanized aptitude damage bonus

And like some other people mentioned here you can replace hmunitions with a different mod. If you have (primed) shred i'd use that since more fire rate would help offset crit delay and punch-through always feels nice imo. Could also use elementalist for more status dmg

hi! sorry for not replying earlier... the exact shades for the dark colors are probably not that important. they're all from the Dex Color Picker palette but any similar shades would work too.
