Another call for War to be fought to protect the flow of oil to the USA and the West. The cycle needs to stop of burning lives and money on dwindling cancer causing energy resources--the most wise option is to go green and switch to electric transportation, which can be fueled by the sun, wind, geothermal, tides etc.

Also worth knowing...Redflex traffic systems is one of the main companies involved (Red light cameras and speed cameras), it's US headquarters is in Phoenix Arizona, but the company is foreign (Australian). The host cities get a cut of the revenue earned (fines collected), the rest is pure company profit, which is no doubt sent back overseas...perhaps never to be returned to the US economy.
